D-Mannose is a type of sugar which appears naturally in fruit. Waterfall D-Mannose is a natural extract from larchwood. Its molecular structure is C6H12O6.
It is also found in fruits such as cranberries and pineapple. Waterfall D-Mannose is ten times more effective than cranberries, however, and is absolutely safe (after all, it is a type of sugar).

Use of D-Mannose Powder
Dissolve a level teaspoon of Waterfall D-Mannose in water, tea or fruit
juice at the onset of the symptoms of a bladder or urinary tract infection
(do not use cranberry juice).
Continue with the dosage every three hours until the disappearance of symptoms. Then take the dosage three times a day for three to four days.
If there is no improvement within 2 – 24 hours a doctor should be consulted. Bladder infections connected with sexual activity should be treated with half a teaspoon one hour before and after the activity.
The product is suited for children (dosages should be reduced appropriately) and for long-term usage.
It is a natural product containing no additional bulking, flavouring or colouring agents.
